    Hi im try to pre order Call of Duty Black Ops Cold war but all day its been saying that it’s having trouble processing my payment. I tried to buy something else and it worked so I know its not my card. I don’t know whats wrong.

    I had same problem went to microsoft and added it to my cart then viewed it from the cart, I was able to pre order it from there.

    Maybe you have the Xbox One version of COD Cold War and you see that message because the Xbox One version cannot be upgraded to Xbox Series X. You can find more informations about COD Cold War editions here:

    What version of the game have you purchased? The series X/S versions will not be available to Pre-install until November 10th 2020 according to the following:
