    Can’t post looking for group posts


    I’ve been trying for a while to get this fixed but for some reason i can’t put up group posts. A couple months ago i was on call with xbox support trying to fix it and i’ve done everything like power cycles and even factory reset my xbox but nothing worked.
    Can someone please help me with putting up my group posts ? Every time i try post it says ‘there was a problem posting your looking for group’ please help.

    it could be your Privacy & online safety settings. here's how to get to them on the Xbox One.

    • Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select System > Settings > General > Online safety & family.
    • Select Privacy & online safety > Xbox Live privacy > View details & customize > Communication & multiplayer.

    • Under Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites, select Everybody.

    hi, i went into it and it was already on everybody so i switched it to friends and back to everybody and now i can put them up. Thanks so much
