    Cant ply multipler game..


    I think all my settings are correct but I keep getting this error. FAILED TO SIGN IN...YOU ARE PREVENTED FROM PLAYING ONLINE MULTIPLAYER GAMES. This is my 1st time trying a multiplayer game on this console. This is a new system. No clue what to do.. Please help
