    Can't play


    Hello I need some help with my account. It says that my privacy setting are not allowing me to talk,send messages, or play multiplayer. This reminds me of when I get suspended but I checked my enforcement history and I'm not suspended. Why am I experiencing
    this. PS: it's been like this for a week already.

    Can't play!

    I have Destiny: The Fallen King on XBox 360. I've downloaded the game successfully, but now it says:

    DOWNLOADING FROM Xbox Games Store

    □ 1.98 GB in progress (this may take a while)

    There is a spinning circle indicating it's loading, but nothing is happeneing... It's been 7 HOURS!! Someone, please help me!!!

    Hey Stormreloader

    Are you talking about Ghost Recon: Wildlands Free Trial?? If so I would recommend a

    Power Cycle     to start off with. If the issue persists you should try to Uninstall and Reinstall the game and try it again.

    It's because Xbox is pretty much down. I have been having these same issues since last night. I can't play any games at all! Sometimes I can't even sign in.

    The following will help you uninstall and reinstall the Movies & TV app. Your movie collection will not be removed by taking these steps.

    1. To return to the Home screen, press the Xbox button
       on your controller to open the guide, and then select Home.
    2. Select My games & apps.
    3. Select Apps, and then highlight the Movies & TV tile.
    4. Press the Menu button  on your controller, and then select
      Uninstall.
    5. On the confirmation screen, select Uninstall all.
    6. Restart your console: Press and hold the Xbox button
       in the center of your Xbox One controller to open the Power Center. Select
      Restart console > Restart.
    7. Once your console has restarted, scroll right to the Store area, and then select
      Movies & TV.
    8. Select My movies & TV.
    9. Select Install to download and install the Movies & TV app.
