Cant play

The fact that it is even set up that way is ridiculous limiting the machine we paid hundreds of dollars for. For what?

 

Starting to wonder why I buy these things on day one anymore. Nothing works. It's so frustrating. I know it's not respawns fault, but I'm growing tired of throwing my money away. If this was the only time I'd be fine, but with all the problems this machine
has had, I'm feeling done. At least my ps4 is getting some play time.

A major reason I chose the XB1 over PS4 was the Live experience on the 360 and confidence I had in Microsoft managing it well. Not much confidence left with the numerous mistakes they have made with the One. Completely frustrated.

 

i was told by a rep it was a big update .....92percent complete like 1hr and half ago .....when i asked y only some of us having problems...it said thanks for ur patience

 

I think Microsoft should take a step back from trying to be the supreme innovator and deliver a product that works well that including online services like x-box live. I had to restart my x-box 20 times last week due to black screens from either start up
or trying to go to my homepage. If you require a supreme price for your product you better damn well deliver a supreme product!

 

Yep, nothing new to say here, just extremely frustrated with Microsoft in general since this Xbox one's release... i know its not a titanfall issue, doesn't overly matter anyway because i cant even sign in on my one and that makes the system useless until
they fix it...and i have heard no news on an estimated time of completion...i called and the people answering don't know anything or so they say ...majorly frustrating to have your day off ruined by a service u not only paid good money for but continuously

I am so ***. I moved schedules arround to have the night off to play this freaking game and Live is dead and now I know ONE won't do *** without live.

 

I have to agree with most of the statements here. But hopefully Microsoft will own up to their mistake and fix it in the future. I would also like a free month since I am *** from even playing games offline for the reset of the night.

 

i doubt it rustikbarbaque. Select few and that "thank you for your patience" was more like **** off!!

 

I am also frustrated with not being able to play my $65.00 game, but I can play my other games offline(Ryse, BF4,Forza)..... I can wait... Just wish it had been right to begin with!

if youre still having problems you need to do a hard power cycle. hold the white "x" sign on the front of your xbox one till it turns off. wait a moment or two... then power it back on.

you should be able to sign in after that
