Can’t play Xbox live

Im trying to hop back on my 360 but i keep getting kicked out , when i checked my connection this popped up , how do i fix it ?

Yes the home xbox was set and no specific error message. Just can’t play online games that require xbox live gold

Uhmm i just bought an xbox live gold membership on my xbox 360 and I still can’t play online.

This just means that Microsoft is aware of a problem in the Xbox Live service and is publicly telling people about the issue through the service alert.

For more information you will have to open the provided link with your webbrowser and see what the service alert is all about.

Sometimes it's just a single game that has problems. Or the issue is just affecting the store on Xbox Live etc.

You might still be able to play normally depending on the kind of service alert being investigated.

It's nothing you can do about, as this service alert has to be resolved by the Microsoft network engineers.
