Can’t play Xbox Live on BC MW2

Every time i try to play multiplayer on BC MW2 it says that my account doesnt have xbox live when it clearly does

70 dollars on a Xbox live card

70 dollars on a Xbox gold live card but I can’t play with my friends online if this doesn’t get fixed I will be really mad bc my mom worked for that money and if I New it was going to do that I would’ve even bought a Xbox

mw2 is the only call of duty game that is not bc yet bring it back

 

I have exactly the same problem. I try to access multiplayer, but I get a little window that says that "this current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox Live".

I have never been banned and my gold membership is valid for at least a month.

 

I've had this sam exact problem for 3 days. Been in chats with two people from xbox support and neither knew what the hell to do. one literally was like "yeah I have that problem too. It sucks!"

Awful. I tried removing my profile, hard resetting, and reentering it. And i tried clearing my 360 storage on my One, even removing my gamertag from the 360 dashboard, and now when I try to download it again it says I'm not connected to a network (I am.
I'm literally in a party chat with my friends who are all playing).

Whenever I start MW2 it tells me it's downloading my 360 profile (no progress is made in the bar) the screen fades to gray, the game starts up, and it doesnt have my data and my account isn't logged in. Frustrating.

 

Having same issue. Do you know other xbone players who were able to get through? Or i wonder if only certain players are having the issue
