Cant play xbox live games with gold game anymore

hi everyone,

so about a year ago the game "for honor" was free with games with gold meaning you could download and play the game for free as long as your xbox live gold was active. i was able to play the game just fine for a while when all of a sudden it wouldnt let
me play anymore and told me i should sign in with the profile that i downloaded the game with. i have tried every idea idea that the xbox help provides my gold is still active and none of my friends have this problem :/. i simply cant play a game anymore that
i should be able to play and im asking for help here in a last attempt before i just give up and accept that i cant play anymore (btw every other game that i downloaded with games with gold works perfectly fine)

Was the over-the-phone customer service agent able to confirm that you do own the license to the game "For Honor" on your Microsoft account?

it was also for free an entire month in games with gild and thats where i got it. i dont know what the problem could be because 3 of my friends got the game at the same time and all of them can still play the game except me

i didnt have a phone call i chatted with someone and unfortunately no they didnt talk about that at all. i also thoguht they would do more he just asked if im sure that im on the right profile etc.

ok thx i just did although all they said was restart your xbox and now they want to contact a technician thatll look into it and then write me an email on saturday. is taht good are they able to find something there? (i mean the technicians if theyre able
tomjust look into my acc)

Make sure you were chatting with support and not the option to chat with an expert gamer. Otherwise, you may want to request a call to speak to phone support.
