Cant play with other players

2 of my games ( Minecraft and Warframe ) are showing messages saying that i cant play with other players because of the way my account is setup and that it can be changed in the Privacy and Online Safety settings but i tried, changed it multiple times
and i dont know what to do can somebody help?

Hi

If you're in a family account or under age only the parent can make the changes for you in the family account settings. Changing it yourself won't work. You also should check to make sure you have Xbox Live gold still because it may have expired.

That would make a difference in the ability to be able to play online.

Let us know if it you were able to sort it out with the gold subscription.

Have you done a hard reset/power cycle after you checked your settings.

It is done by pressing and holding in the xbox logo until it switches off. Wait 30 seconds and then switch it back on.

Hi,

So on Warframe when i try to join/invite a player it says i cannot do this because of the way my account is setup

And that i can change this in thePrivacy and Online. Safety settings but i checked and it is all set to allow and everyone

Im not too sure what to do.

I think the problem is that i need to get xbox gold;-;
