Can't play with gold account

Discus and support Can't play with gold account in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; So I tried playing bf4 today and when I try to go to multiplayer it says I need to have xbox live gold.     Can't play with gold account


    So I tried playing bf4 today and when I try to go to multiplayer it says I need to have xbox live gold.

    But I do have xbox live gold I even checked and I was also able to download the free games with gold but bf4 says I don't have gold?

    Yesterday it was working fine before the new pack was implemented.

    Anybody else having this problem?

    The current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox LIVE.

    You can't play multiplayer with a silver account, you need to upgrade to gold.

    I can't play online with my Gold Account !

    Hello, since 1 hour I can't play online with my xbox live gold account !

    When i tried to play onlines games , my device said "You can't play online with your Xbox live account with your profile ! "

    It says that with all my games but i can download the game with gold of the month ! My subscribtion will expire in december 2018

    I already tried to reboot my xbox one and my account !

    Do a hard restart. Keep your finger on the power button until it shuts down. Give it a few and then turn your xbox on like normal. Once you try and play BF4, you should be prompted to download an update for BF4. Download it and then everything should work
    like normal. I encountered this issue last night as well and this is what I did to get past it.

    Is this the account you are trying to play on?

    Online Xbox multiplayer requires a Gold membership subscription to play. If your account is a free Silver account, you can't play online with it.

    You need to be Gold to play online. Silver is only a basic free account, and can't play online.

    No you can't. You need to play online for the double XP, and you'd need a Gold account to play it online.

    Hello,

    You can't purchase deals with gold with shared gold members, however, you can still make the account the Home Xbox and other accounts can play the game/content you purchase.
