    I have tried both systems and still get this. It just started. I watched a video last week and had no issues.

    xbox 360 won't connect to a windows 8.1 pc

    I can't get xbox to access pictures or videos on my windows 8.1 pc. It's looking for windows media player and I don't want to but windows 8.1 pro. Any ideas?

    anyone know what this is and how to fix it? It's saying

    What am i supposed to do? It's on my xbox One when trying to play bought videos

    How did you purchase them? When you bought the games did it say for xbox or windows 10? Some play anywhere games can be played on both though.

    Good day

    You can play with the same account on the 2 platforms.

    Minecraft is not a Play Anywhere title so you will need to have bought it on both Xbox and Windows 10 to be able to play.

    Did you buy the digital version or disc version?

    Was it for Xbox One or Windows 10?

    If you bought it digitally then you would have received for both Xbox One and Windows 10 pc. I have a feeling you might have bought it for one device or the other if you bought the disc. Also, if you have multiple Xbox consoles you'll have to switch one
    of them to your home console in order to play the game on the console you want.
