Cant play the story mode on MK11

I dont know why, but the story mode on MK11 is colored red and it tells me to download it from the Xbox app, I have uninstalled and re-installed MK11 twice, but it is still inaccessible have downloaded the aftermath story DLC but it still doesn't work.

every time i install the game, there isn't any option to download the story and I guessed that the story has been downloaded from the beginning, how can i fix this?
