Cant play the games that I bought on another console

So I bought games on my xbox one S, ive tried to re-download the games I bought and play them on my other xbox. It keeps saying that the person who bought it needs to signin. I signin and it still doesn't let me play it. How do i slove this? Its annoying.

are you asking why your Xbox Live Gold is not working or are you asking if Division 2 and RDR2 are part of game pass?

okay with Gold you can't play the game if you don't have purchased it.

What it tells you is that you have a discount by being a Gold member (included with game pass)

You need to buy the game separately and then play it.
