Can't play the 360 games I bought, store says I don't own them

I bought three games, one for Xbox One and two for Xbox 360: Dead Rising 2, Dead Rising 2: Case Zero, and Dead Rising 2: Case West. While the first one works just fine, I am unable to even start either one of the 360 games because I get the following message: "Do you own this game or app? If you have a game disc, insert it now. If you bought this online, make sure you're signed in. If you don't have rights for playing it, you'll need to get it at the Microsoft Store (0x803f8001)".

If I go to the store page of these two games I get two buttons: "Manage" or "Buy to own", neither one appears in my list of owned games, and even if there is a launcher on my home menu apparently they are not installed, even if I clearly remember seeing them downloading and installing just a few hours ago. Going to Manage shows there is 0.00 MB installed for each one of them and selecting them says "Check back in a little bit. We are having trouble getting your stuff right now", even if all Xbox services are currently online.

I have went through the steps given to me by the troubleshooter, none worked. Every game appears in my purchase history and says they were paid for correctly, yes I am using the same account I bought them from as it's the only one existing on the console, money was withdrawn from my card so I'd like to at least be able to use my games.

I'm having a similar problem with games I own that have been delisted.

If we already own them, then we're supposed to always be able to download & uninstall them as we please.

Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen (360):

still has access to all DLC on store, but no way for me to redownload the actual game.

Transformers: War for/Fall of Cybertron, X-Men: Arcade, Toy Soldiers/TS Cold War, Syberia, Dead Block, & Guardians of Middle-Earth

I own all these but since they've been delisted, there's nowhere for me to go to even try to redownload them on 360.

Other games are only showing as Free Trials, when I already own them too.

I have exactly the same issue. Bought Split/Second on the Xbox 360 digital marketplace, it clearly states it is compatible with Xbox One, then the damn 360 just decided to RRoD on me, and Idecided to keep playing the game on my Xbox One, the store says I don't own the game.If I go to the xbox 360 marketplace on my browser, it says I own the game, the order history also indicates that I own the game, but in the Xbox One store it says I have to buy it again. Contacted Microsoft rep and they decided that I should rebuy the game again on the Xbox One, start the installation and they would refund the value, since I already have the game. Installed the game, but it won't run, still says I don't own the game... Digital is the future... Sure thing... My mistake was acquiring a All Digital Xbox One version.....

Update: Just checked both my Xbox One and the microsoft store and it seems this issue is now fixed for me after 3 whole days...

I contacted Microsoft last night and apparently it’s a issue (or so they said) don’t know if they just told me that or not but it would be nice to play the games we bought!

Bought Escalation pack 4 for black ops 1. Been wanting to buy it for over 10 years. Bought it and at first it simply wasn't showing the maps I bought, but then after a while of trying to fix it, the DLC pack completely disappeared from my owned add ons. Got charged for it 100% for sure. Hope this can get resolved.

Happened to me with fallout 3 dlc they would dissappear and then act like I didn't own them in the store they really need to fix this
