Can't play Taptiles

Discus and support Can't play Taptiles in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I downloaded Taptiles a long while back and something happened and haven't been able to play it for some time now.     Can't play Taptiles


    I downloaded Taptiles a long while back and something happened and haven't been able to play it for some time now. I click on it and it goes away won't let me play. I tried to unload it and reload but that didn't work. How can I get it to play? I like
    the game. It says I have the game but I don't. What can I do to get it back?

    This has been going on for over a week can't play taptiles or the mahjong game. Tried taptiles for windows 10 believe me it is not even close to taptiles.

    why can't I play?

    When I try to play it says taptiles is unavailable to you, go to the store. When I go to the store, it says that taptiles is already installed. But I can't play. Absolutely maddening because I am addicted to it.....

    Dear SpiralOut46and2, thanks for your answer. Im playing TapTiles on an Win-10-Computer without any console. So i can't reset my console. I've tried to play on another Computer - same problem :-(

    Taptiles update Windows 8.1

    I had internet 8 and updated to 8.1. When I had 8 taptiles worked perfectly. Now, when I play solitare or majohng when I AM SIGNED IN. Taptiles will not play and only shoots taptiles to the task bar on the desktop and refuses to open or let me sign in.
    Updates or uninstall does NOT work. Help.
