Discus and support can't play/start any of the games i bought online (xbox one x) in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; so i can't play/start any of the games i bought online. whenever i try, it says that the account that made the purchase must be signed in. i'm a 100%...     so i can't play/start any of the games i bought online. whenever i try, it says that the account that made the purchase must be signed in. i'm a 100% sure that those games were bought on my account but i cant play them. so my account is on a friends xbox
    set as home account. and he is able to play the games i bought. also, i cant open the store. neither on my pc in the xbox app. it just wont load any of the games.

    if someone has any suggestions i would much appriciate it.

    Can't access mulitiplayer

    I bought my xbox one x today, and i can't play any multiplayer games online. It says my account doesn't have multiplayer priviliges. I redeemed the 14 day trial for xbox live gold and bought a month. But i still can't play online? what can i do? my settings
    are set to allow multiplayer, and i'm using an adult account.

    Hey Cardo thanks for bringing this issue to us!

    We suggest trying to
    remove and re-add
    the profile to the console since the issue seems to be on the profile itself. Give it a shot and let us know how it goes!

    Still wont let me play games tried the hard reset and signed out of the profile. Is it not working because the xbox im using isent my home xbox? Or is it because of the new update?

    It could be, if you're trying to play offline.

    If you do have the same issue, then you might want to try a soft reset of the console.

    It's the best next troubleshooting step if the previously posted troubleshooting steps didn't help.

    It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

    Just make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts(asthey
    will be removed) and have easy access to your internet network.

    Also make sure that you select the option denoted
    reset and keep my games and apps.

    Follow the steps here on
    How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One
    and let us know how that helps with the issue
