Can't play some of my games

I bought a second xbox one on black friday. I set it up. Downloaded some apps and games so I could play or watch my streaming apps on both TVs. My home xbox one in the bedroom won't load minecraft anymore. Fortnite leads but gives an error message telling
me I can't log in to my epic account. My Disney, Netflix, Amazon accounts still work just fine (I guess they still want my business) Sometimes I have trouble signing into xbox live even though the internet is working and I'm signed out on one console while
signed in to the other.

Did you move your old console from the place where the new console is sitting to the bedroom?

Or was the old console already in the bedroom, and the new one was placed to a new place?

How is the console connected online? Via WiFi or through an Ethernet cord?

Is the network connection reliable? When you do a network test, what are the results on your old console?

While you are in the network settings, try to set up an alternative Port for Xbox Live for one of your consoles.

try to restart your modem/router and try to clear the mac adress from the second xbox to see if that fixes the issue

Hi, I also having the same issue with Flutershysuck in which I reinstalled a game that was free for gold at the time and I know that I downloaded it through my account. But at the time of the download my sibling was playing xbox so could the game have
downloaded it through his account or not? And what do you mean by “hard reset”?

If you have mutltiple accounts you need to make sure that the account you're currently using has Game Pass Ultimate.

If that's not the case I suggest hard reseting the xbox and see if that works.

If you sign in on you accounts
Xbox 360 game history are you able to locate those titles?

If you are not this would mean that your account did not redeem the games via Games with Gold and you would need to use Game Pass or purchase the titles to have access.

If you are able to locate the titles let's have you
remove your account from the Xbox One console, power down and unplug it for about 5 mins, then power back on and sign in.

I did what you recommended. It did not fix the issue. The games I cannot play on my xbox one backwards compatibility (for xbox 360) that I believe I got when free are Gears of War Judgement, and Tekken Tag Tournament 2. I would
have never downloaded these unless they were free. However, that is less of the issue. Sunset Overdrive is a game I distinctly remember downloading when available through games with gold. Brothers: a Tale of Two sons as well. Both of these are
unplayable now without the Xbox game pass. The reason I consider the game pass to blame, is because I have several other games with gold games that I can play. The games I can still play aren't available through the game pass: example being Earthlock: Festival
of Magic.
