Can't play some games on my Xbox one

According to Xbox support:

"If you see a message that says your Xbox is getting improper ventilation, or if the console is hot to the touch, follow these steps:

Turn off the console.

Wait at least one hour.

Move the console to a well-ventilated spot.

Turn on the console."

Also, if you can move the console to a different spot just to check if there will be an improvement that would be great.

Did you move your old console from the place where the new console is sitting to the bedroom?

Or was the old console already in the bedroom, and the new one was placed to a new place?

How is the console connected online? Via WiFi or through an Ethernet cord?

Is the network connection reliable? When you do a network test, what are the results on your old console?

While you are in the network settings, try to set up an alternative Port for Xbox Live for one of your consoles.

try to restart your modem/router and try to clear the mac adress from the second xbox to see if that fixes the issue

Hi, I also having the same issue with Flutershysuck in which I reinstalled a game that was free for gold at the time and I know that I downloaded it through my account. But at the time of the download my sibling was playing xbox so could the game have
downloaded it through his account or not? And what do you mean by “hard reset”?

If you have mutltiple accounts you need to make sure that the account you're currently using has Game Pass Ultimate.

If that's not the case I suggest hard reseting the xbox and see if that works.
