    Can’t play some games on my Series X?


    Hi guys im having difficulty playing certain games on my new console and have done since release. When I try to launch Minecraft it tells me I dont own the game despite having played it for hours and purchasing it on my old xbox. This is also an issue
    with certain backwards compatible digital games too because I can play others but then some like Bully from the 360 dont launch either?

    Why does Starfield keep crashing on my series x?

    It’s the same with my series X. Everything is fine on my end. The game either freezes or crashes at least 5 times a play through. I heard Starfield can’t keep up with the graphics that X expects on their end.

    Certain Blu-rays crashing Xbox Series X

    I’ve a similar issue and it is only with two BBC blu rays - wonders of the solar system and wonders of the universe.

    No matter what I do, I can’t resolve it. The copyright warning comes up, the screen goes black, the sound gets corrupted and the series x just turns itself off.

    Have cleared persistent storage, deleted and reinstalled the app etc.

    Pretty disappointed with the build quality on my series x. I’d an original Xbox one and One x and they were great consoles for movie playback.

    The series x sucks - a crazily noisy drive and it can’t even play some blu rays.
