    Can't play Solitaire. What's an old user to do?


    Microsoft Solitaire Collection has suddenly stopped loading. I am logged in to Xbox Live. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. I have run the App Troubleshooter with no success. I get an "unable to log in" error message (1170000). Then it appears
    to begin but is stuck in a loop with the message that "We are syncing your data to the cloud. Please wait." Of course, that never finishes. The maddening circle of MS dots just continues to spin. The program is hardly worth all this trouble. Is there a fix?
    If not, then on to an app that actually works. Thanks.

    Can't open the game this morning. I can play other games like solitaire or minesweeper but not mahjong. What's the deal XBOX?

    Can't play Microsoft Mahjong-says this error code, go to store, I go to store repeats the same error code???

    I can play Microsoft Solitaire Games, but not Microsoft Mahjong...what's up with that???

    On the left hand side of the screen are the 3 basic games of Klondike solitaire,

    Free cell solitaire and spider solitaire plus a couple new ones. You do not have to

    Play the Daily Challenges or the star collection if you don't want to.
