    Hi everyone! I bought the Sims 4 game today and after a few hours of play, suddenly appeared the following text: "Apologize. our services isn't working properly at the moment. To check Xbox Live service status, go to https://support.xbox.com." What means
    this and what shoud I do because my little one can;t play at all. I need a little help on this. Thanks.

    We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused but rest assured we are here to help, first things first we suggest
    clearing out the consoles caches since when they get full might cause this type of errors.

    How to clear Game Cache on the Xbox One:

    Settings

    System

    Storage

    Clear Local Saved Games

    Yes and Restart




    To clear the Network Card Cache (alternate MAC address)

    Settings

    Network

    Network Settings

    Advanced settings

    Alternate MAC Address

    Clear and restart

    IF THE CONSOLE IS CONNECTED TO THE INTERNETno
    progress or purchase data will be lost, what we accomplish by doing these steps would be to resync the profile to the cloud getting rid of any corruption as a byproduct.

    After that I started the game under my profile and it seems to work.

    I cycled the console physically by unplugging the power cord. But the message is still there.

    And appeared another question which is asking if I own the game? But I chekked the purchases and shows that the purchase is finished. I bought it today and it worked for a while.

    Later, I had to change my debit card which I used to buy the game because it didn't work when I was out for shopping.

    Could it be a problem?

    We understand that you're experiencing an issue concerning an inability to launch and play the Sims 4 on your Xbox One console.

    Our suggestion here, please attempt to power cycle the console as an attempt to refresh the console completely.

    After doing so, ensure that the current network connection is not experiencing any errors.
