Can’t play saved game.

I have a saved game with 35 hours worth of progress on Hogwarts legacy however I cannot start my saved game anymore, it just keeps loading forever. I’m in series X. Whenever I start my saved game and it starts to load in, it never stops to load.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

I have here steps that we can try, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

If that didn't work uninstall and reinstall the game.

The only games you can’t transfer are game disc save files. You can still play the game, but your progress will not be saved.

This moderator is clearly copying and pasting old data from the Xbox One days. This troubleshoot doesn’t work on Xbox Series X or S consoles.

“Cloud saved games” isn’t an option anymore.

I can’t find how to force a cloud sync. I can’t play Starfield on my other console in another room because the data won’t sync.

What’s the point of cloud saving if it doesn’t actually save???
