Cant Play rented Blu-Ray

So I have rented multiple BLU-RAY discs from a reputable company where I live, I have rented from here many times before but for some reason the past few times they have not worked. Discs I own work perfectly, games work perfectly, rented games from them
work fine, Redbox discs work fine. When I play the movies on a stand alone BLU RAY player they work fine. Haven't tried on any other Xbox personally but people that work there and have an Xbox claim they dont have any issues. I have cleared the persistant
storage, restarted the xbox in energy saver mode also pressed power for 20 seconds let it shut down pullled the power cable till the power block light shut off. System is up to date, uninstalled the blu ray app and reinstalled it. ANY OTHER IDEAS? I would
like to avoid the factory reset if possible. I also tried this holding the disc for a sec before letting the disk drive pull it in, hesitant to try this out of fear of damaging motor, but i was desperate hahah. Thanks for any help.

Can I Direct Connect XboxOne to TV?

Had to change HDMI ports, the HDMI/dvi didn't work for some reason. Blu ray looks amazing as I usually rent movies digitally, blu ray looks way better.

 

Blu Ray Problem: Cannot play Game of Thrones Season 3

There was a patch for the Blu-Ray player released earlier this morning. For more information you can read the details here:

You can now insert a Game of Thrones season 3 disc and the blu-ray player will launch and request you confirm the update. Once updated, you'll be able to watch your favorite show.
