Thanks for updating us with your reply. As you've been able to download/install

Just Dance 2019 to your Xbox 360 but are unable to launch the game without an error message, I recommend you try the solutions for this particular error from our support article entitled “The
game could not start” error occurs on Xbox 360 to see if this gets you back on the dancefloor.

Give them a try and let us know the results.

The game is already downloaded. The problem now is the game won't run and saying that redownload the game. But I've already downloaded the game twice.
