Cant play previously bought downloadable content on my 360

i went to play fallout 3 for which i had all of the dlc for but none of it would load up. When i looked into it further a few of my games had content that wouldn't load up. I did buy all of the content on a old account witch was banned about 2 years ago
and xbox wont let me download my old profile so i can retrieve the licences for that content that i payed for. Can someone please help me ?

The old account was banned, so your licenses were as well.

 

GinsuVictim is correct, if an account is banned then all licenses, currency balance, and gold time on that account are forfeit.

 

well i have be able to use them up until recently. even after my account was banned i was able to use them, its only just recently that i haven't been able to use them. if it was due to my account being banned i wouldn't have been able to use them up until

I am also having trouble using dlc. on the other hand my acct is not banned. I have had this trouble often with xbox and I am getting tired of it. I downloaded dlc for Resident evil 5 a few months back and none of it worked, I contacted support, I did everything
they told me to do. 1. Delete and re-download the content... still no good... 2. Delete and re-download my profile... nothing changed... 3. power off my xbox and unplug it for about 90 secs then reconnect and try again... same results. I still havent had this
issue solved. I then bought Battlefield 3 premium. Came with the code to download all the maps, they work fine. i paid $40 freaking bucks for the ultimate shortcut bundle which says "this massive pack immediately unlocks all 119 weapons, gadgets and vehicle
upgrades..." it downloaded and you know what i got? NOTHING!!! I'm getting real sick of this crap from xbox. I did all of the above that i did for RE5 and nothing $40 bucks down the drain
