Cant play Overwatch

So i'm not able to open overwatch... When i click the icon it starts and loads for about 20sec before it throw me back to the homescreen.

I had this problem on the beta too!! I've not been able to play it for even one sec! I have tried EVERYTHING! My connection is fine! I tried to remove and re-add my profile! But i think theres somthing wrong with my Xbox aswell. When i removed my account
i was close of not getting it back!

If i dont get to play my game i want a refund and thats now! I paid to play the beta wich i didnt get to, because my stopped working as it should after a update the day the beta went live. And now i cant open the game.. I havent even had my xbox for a year
yet.. This is pretty dissapointing! It should work for atleast 2 - 3 years! And im NOT going to pay for a repair...

I want info of how to get refund. Because im not paying for somthing i cant use!

gold membership gives me errors

i have xbox live gold i dont know whats happening but when i try to play a game like overwatch it brings me to the xbox live gold purchase screen i exit out an i cant play overwatch and my gold membership is not canceled

Hi, can help me about something... I bought Xbox Live for 14 Days, when start play Overwatch or Paladins, cant be use say need buy Xbox live

 

I am having problems launching the game on xbox one also, it could me a bug that they havent found yet. But yes, its very frustrating.

 

I am having the same exact issue. I can install the game but it will not launch. Not sure if it's relevant, but I have a launch console.

 

How far into the game can you get? I can see initial cut scene and get to title screen but it freezes when I hit A to start the game

 

I don't even got to see a cutscene. It crashes to the xbox dash as the Blizzard logo fades in. Usually before I even see half of the blizzard logo. It seems to be an issue for a few folks. Here is a forum post on Battle.net

I get to see that opening picture, And then it all goes black before i get sent back to home screen.

yeah this problem is still going on.. I'm trying to load up overwatch on the dashboard but it wont go into the game. It shows me tracer (the main picture) for about 20 seconds then sends me back to home screen.

 

I've got the same problem. FH3 also won't load for me. I think it's related to the most recent system update.

 

I've heard factory reset (the kind that keeps your games) is a solution. Can anyone confirm this?
