Can't play or download games on PC, redirects to install Gaming Services

Usually, the solutions you've tried would solve the problem, because the problem is caused due to the Gaming Services have been corrupted for some reason, what would normally solve the problem is to repair the service through its settings, but I've seen that you've already done that and others numerous things too, so I believe you will need to make use of Microsoft's windows creation tool, where it will reinstall your windows 10 system keeping your files, to do this please follow the instructions below.

Download the Create Windows 10 installation media application from the link below, at the end of the download run the application, and then follow the instructions given by the program at the end click on upgrade. Rest assured none of your files will be lost, this is a system restore that will try to fix this error.

Actually I meant the Gaming services page, not the game. If after clicking on "Play" on the game page, you are redirected to the Gaming services page, right? On the Gaming services page, is it shown as installed or not?

It is either a windows error or Gaming services app error. This originated when I was unable to start my game and was redirected to install gaming services.

If the game is installed on an external, then I don't think there should be a problem playing them on another PC if you're also signed in for authentication purposes.

Actually, it doesn't work the same as it does on console or like any other PC download service for that matter. In short it won't work.

The reason why it won't work is because the games are encrypted, and this encryption digitally locks them to the PC they were originally installed to. If you put the drive in another PC, that other machine will not be able to see them.

You can use your Game Pass or other purchased Windows Store on another PC, but the games themselves need to be downloaded again. you can't copy them across to another machine or play them off an external hard drive that was installed via a different PC.

Games install to an encrypted 'WindowsApps' folder, which can only be read on the original PC it was activated on.
