cant play online

yesterday I got banned for communication and today I got banned again for harassment I think it's because this girl wanted to gameshare and I wanted new games to so she gives me her account and I give my acc and I didn't wanted to do it no more and I think
she reported me for that and I can't play online someone please help my Xbox one is the only thing that could Cheer me up from getting bullied in school please lower down my suspension Microsoft

Cant play online

Hi, i'm having trouble playig online, when i can sign into live on dashboard perfectly fine with it running with no problems, but as soon as i start any game i immediately get 'disconnected from xbox live' and with black ops it asks me to then perform an
game update which it stays on 0% for about 30 seconds then gives me a error message with a status code reading: 335A- 0000- D080- 0200- 8007- 2746, my wireless and internet is connected fine and i've tried clearing my system cache with no luck.

Any help will be greatly appreciated

If you already submitted a case review, you would need to wait for their response. If the enforcement team upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do but wait out your suspension.
