    Teredo unable to qualify und xbox live server blocked. I've been having this problem for days. I have tried all the trouble shooting guides on the xbox website but doesn't work, including setting windows firewall to default, making sure ip helpers running, upgrading windows 10, running all the commands in the terminal according to the guides, check age limit and parent controll (I create another account as a parent account to allow all the activities, dont know if that makes any sense though since I dont have any restrain to begin with).....

    I just want to point out the weird thing which could be where the real problem lies: I heard there's something wrong with the student dormitory I just moved in. People say u probably cant get access to the server of xbox, ps, switch here. Before I move in I can play totally fine. So i tried to use my cell phone's hot spot to play, it connects.

    So I thought if the dormitory is the problem then there's nothing I can do. But then there is a guy who also lives here, has the same ''Teredo unable to qualify und xbox live server blocked'' status like me, but CAN play online.

    can someone guess what is the problem here?

    btw I play horizon 4

    Hey there Valentine Dixon,

    Is this an Xbox Live Gold Trial by chance? Xbox Live Gold trials work differently from paid subscriptions, so we just wanted to clarify. Also, are you able to play online multiplayer in other games or are you seeing the same issue?

    Hi Larryfrost,

    Sorry you're experiencing problems, have you checked your subscriptions to make sure you still have xbox live active? even as the game pass ultimate is active. you should be able to see under your subscriptions on your xbox.

    I can't play any games online. I'm pretty sure I'm console banned or something but I didnt get any message or notification and I dont know what I did to receive the ban.I wont lie and say I've never gotten suspensions in the past but I have no idea
    what I did this time to get a full console ban. Did i do something wrong?
