    Hi i have xbox ultimate and a stable internet connection yet i cant play games online. I even tried to switch the profile but it still wouldnt let me play online, can anyone help?

    I have the same problem since last week. Anybody knows how to correct it?
    have you guys checked your network settings? and either or both of you have active parental restrictions?

    theyd be the first two things to check.
