Can’t play online

    Can’t play online


    So basically i have xbox live gold but cant play online.....any time i try im greeted with a nice little screen prompting me to buy xbox live and xbox game pass ultimate

    This is the THRID month this has happened ive tried removing my account and adding it back this worked the last time but no sucsess, ive made sure my bank details are correct and i have the money in my account ready and waiting, ive been through my billing
    history low and behold its correct and i should have xbox live....

    So until i can get trhough to support im putting the question out to anyone whos there

    WHAT THE ACTUAL F IS GOING ON?

    You may have too upgrade too game pass ultimate in order too play certain games you have downloaded online.

    Hi, based on the screenshot you provided. It seems the profile you want to use to play online games doesn't have a valid Game Pass Core or Ultimate (includes Core) subscription active.
