    just got my Xbox one today, trying to play online, when I try too , a screen pops up and says , the current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox live, not sure what to do ?

    I was recently banned from playing online, but now the ban is over. But I still can't play online Can't play online :(

    Hello, we understand that you are having trounow connecting to Xbox Live. What we will ask you to do is do a hard reboot by following the steps below:

    Step 1: Turn Your Xbox On

    Step 2: Turn your Xbox one off by holding the power button for 10seconds

    Turn your Xbox 360 off by just hitting the power button.

    Step 3: Unplug your Power Cable for 30seconds

    Step 4: Plug power cable back in and turn back on

    Step 5: Retest your connection.

    Step 6: You Should Be Done.

    Hey there Valentine Dixon,

    Is this an Xbox Live Gold Trial by chance? Xbox Live Gold trials work differently from paid subscriptions, so we just wanted to clarify. Also, are you able to play online multiplayer in other games or are you seeing the same issue?

    Hi Larryfrost,

    Sorry you're experiencing problems, have you checked your subscriptions to make sure you still have xbox live active? even as the game pass ultimate is active. you should be able to see under your subscriptions on your xbox.

    I can't play any games online. I'm pretty sure I'm console banned or something but I didnt get any message or notification and I dont know what I did to receive the ban.I wont lie and say I've never gotten suspensions in the past but I have no idea
