    Can't play online


    hi guys my son has starwars battlefront on the Xbox one he can play the game but he gets an error message when trying to go on multiplayer that says online featuynot available, we press Y to connect and get the same message and can't work out what to do
    any help greatly appreciated,

    We have also logged onto our ea account and it's set up fine my husbands account in the Xbox can run the whole game, we tried switching our sons account to an adult profile but it's still having the same issues

    just got my Xbox one today, trying to play online, when I try too , a screen pops up and says , the current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox live, not sure what to do ?

    Sorry to hear you're unable to connect to the multiplayer features. Are you still experiencing issues with that? If so, let's have you go through the troubleshooting article for being

    unable to connect to Xbox Live    .

    Hey there Valentine Dixon,

    Is this an Xbox Live Gold Trial by chance? Xbox Live Gold trials work differently from paid subscriptions, so we just wanted to clarify. Also, are you able to play online multiplayer in other games or are you seeing the same issue?

    Hi Larryfrost,

    Sorry you're experiencing problems, have you checked your subscriptions to make sure you still have xbox live active? even as the game pass ultimate is active. you should be able to see under your subscriptions on your xbox.

    I can't play any games online. I'm pretty sure I'm console banned or something but I didnt get any message or notification and I dont know what I did to receive the ban.I wont lie and say I've never gotten suspensions in the past but I have no idea
    what I did this time to get a full console ban. Did i do something wrong?
