    Hi !

    I think I'm not the only one (or maybe...) but I can't play online since today. Let me explain.

    I pay my Xbox Live subscription every month and it always worked well until now. I tried to play Fortnite Battle Royal but it didn't work because it asked me to subscribe to an Xbox Live Gold but I already have one ! And I tried to download one of the free
    game of the month and it worked very well... The problem seems to appear only when I want to play online....

    I'm French so sorry if it's not clear.

    just got my Xbox one today, trying to play online, when I try too , a screen pops up and says , the current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox live, not sure what to do ?

    I was recently banned from playing online, but now the ban is over. But I still can't play online Can't play online ! :(

    Hey there Valentine Dixon,

    Is this an Xbox Live Gold Trial by chance? Xbox Live Gold trials work differently from paid subscriptions, so we just wanted to clarify. Also, are you able to play online multiplayer in other games or are you seeing the same issue?

    Hi Larryfrost,

    Sorry you're experiencing problems, have you checked your subscriptions to make sure you still have xbox live active? even as the game pass ultimate is active. you should be able to see under your subscriptions on your xbox.

    I can't play any games online. I'm pretty sure I'm console banned or something but I didnt get any message or notification and I dont know what I did to receive the ban.I wont lie and say I've never gotten suspensions in the past but I have no idea
    what I did this time to get a full console ban. Did i do something wrong?
