Cant play online -Xbox market is missing the DLC I need

This is my first time trying to play GTAV Online , I Downloaded all the DLC Required to play online but it seems the marketplace is missing Compatibility pack #2 and Capture Mode .

I have deleted all DLC and updates ,cleared cache and nothing. I need these 2 downloads , it says they are available after getting the missing content error but when I click on these 2 it says there are not items available for purchase at this time. They
also do not show on the website or on the dashboard game add ons page.

Please Help I have been waiting to play online for a long time and I recently just got my gold membership back and then this happens.

Sorry you cant play certain games and their dlcs offline, Mass Effect 2 needs to be played online to play any of the dlc. so you will need to play it online.

 

Battlefield 4 premium

I had battlefield 4 premium for 3 days then it was taken from me and I cant play dlc and I have all of the premium unlocks. I paid with a money card on my xbox one and I cant re download premium I need help with this as soon as possible because for me to
pay for something then it go missing is completely messed up.

 

I'm having similar issues with Compatibility pack #2. When I try to download, it says it's unavailable for purchase. It seems to be the only one with a cost of "$0.00" in the GTA download section in-game. Please fix this.

 

Having the same issue as well. It's also missing the Capture Update DLC. I deleted all of my DLC to try to fix it, including my Valentine's Day DLC (which I now cannot get back) and nothing. FIX IT, PLEASE.

 

I'm also not able to put it in my queue online, as it doesn't show up there either.

 

Is it really that hard to make it simple for us to play the games we've purchased? REALLY?

 

I'm having the same problems. Even called tech support to try and find out what I need to do. She went over the basic hard reset stuff and then referred me to Rockstar's tech support. If anyone finds out what is going on and how to fix it please say so.

 

We would like to play our game , that is why I give you 10$us a month and 59.99$us for a game I can only play half of.

Awnser our questions and fix this issue please. Let us know something please!

Didn't really answer our question. Not a problem us being prompted to download compatibility pacts to play online. The problem is 2 of the DLC that are needed to play online are actually not in the marketplace. Hope they figure this out

 

Yea it seems everyone keeps getting the same run around I have seen people complaining of this same issue from months back and nothing resolved yet, I hope they do something about this today or within the next couple days.

The problem I believe is on microsfts side and removing needed downloads from the market in the first place. They show as being the only ones that are needed are priced as $0.00 when all others show no price, seems like a bug they just don't seem to care
about?

I guess it probably take rockstar Tech to complain and make microsoft fix this issue because they make a whole lot more from them than they do a few cases of us having this issue....

 

Support for xbox game store posted something about it They are aware of the problem and are trying to fix it
