Can't Play Online Xbox app

i can't play online in games in the Xbox App, i searched how to fix it but i can't do the "Xbox networking settings" but i am in windows 11 and i cant see that setting, Can anybody Help me Please?.

Hello George, Thanks for replying

It seems like i have everything updated and my windows Versions is 21H2, But i still cant play online, if this helps: my Xbox app version is:2202.1001.9.0,
My Gaming Service is: 3.62.23001.0, and my Xbox game bar version is: 5.721.12013.0

Hi Ricardo, Thanks for replying.

i found out the problem but still dont know how to fix it, it says that is Strict in The Xbox companion console app and the connection of the server it says that im connected, dosent show me an error code or nothing, i clicked the "About more" page and it shows me for the console not PC

(Update: Sometimes when i try again the test it says that its blocked in the Connection of Server, only sometimes)

Hello Armando, have you checked if you have the latest version of Windows installed, at 21H2, because recently came out the latest update to Windows 10 and 11.

If you haven't updated yet, click the link below, update and then make all subsequent security updates.

Also make sure all Xbox Apps are up to date in the store.
