    Can't play online with Xbox Live Gold subscription


    Hi, I have problem with my xbox account. On 26th November I redeem code with one year Xbox Live Gold subscription. I've checked in marketplace and I can download "games with gold" for free. When I try to play Fifa 17 or Mortal Kombat XL online, I have information
    that:

    "your gamer profile does not have the correct permissions to access xbox live".

    Can you explain me what I have to do?

    I try:

    - change settings to adult in pravicy

    - logout and login again

    - restart console

    - check status on xbox.com of me status xbox live, games etc.

    Why can't I play any games on Xbox Live?

    You need a gold subscription in order to play on Live. You can sign into Live with a silver subscription in order to download content, but you can't actually play online without a gold subscription.

    Xbox Lives basically the online portion of Xbox.

    A gold subscription (live membership/subscription) is required to do certain things on Live (like play online multiplayer). Xbox live account usually means an account with gold.
