Cant play online with backwards compatibility

Are you still running into issues with this? Have you tried
removing your profile from the console,
rebooting your console and then adding your profile back? That might help with what you're seeing. Let us know how that process goes.

im having the same problem with Southpark the stick of truth it says i cant connect to the internet.

strange thing is banjo-tooie also a backward compatible game works just fine and when im playing that it says im online on the emulator.

So it looks like there are a few backward compatible titles that are unplayable right now

if its backward compatible then it will show up in ready to install

if it isnt then you cant play it on the one

Black Ops is backwards compatible so it will work on the One, but MW2 is not. You can see all games that are backwards compatible here - https://majornelson.com/blog/xbox-one-backward-compatibility/

You can play Black Ops online on the One and you would be playing with 360 and One players.
