Can't play online on Xbox One

I bought an Xbox One about 2 weeks ago, I created a new account and got a 1 month trial gold membership, it started working fine I could play online and everything but suddenly one day it stopped working, whenever I want to play online it tells me to buy
gold. I already deleted and re downloaded my account but it that didn't fix it, I also shut down my Xbox one but that didn't fix it either. Heeeeelp!

try removing your account from the console and redownload it for the new settings to get active..

The trial gold memberships do NOT give you full gold capabilities as you are still showing silver here. You must be attempting a function your trial does not cover.

You can purchase xbox live from your Xbox One or a traditional brick and mortar store. Also, many websites have it at great discounts. Just google or bing it. It is well worth the price! Good luck!

Hey there Valentine Dixon,

Is this an Xbox Live Gold Trial by chance? Xbox Live Gold trials work differently from paid subscriptions, so we just wanted to clarify. Also, are you able to play online multiplayer in other games or are you seeing the same issue?
