Can't play online on Advanced Warfare

Whenever I try to play Multiplayer or Exo Survival on Advanced Warfare, it will work perfectly for a few minutes and then everyone will stop moving until the 'Advanved Warfare' title screen appears and brings me back to the main menu of Multiplayer and it
will say I need an active network connection to play online. I tried to load a programme on Netflix and it loaded instantly so I don't have weak connection - I even checked my detailed network statistics and my download speed was 51.76 Mbps and my wireless
strength was at 91%. It must be a hardware issue because none of my friends are having this issue.

Does anyone have the same problem or know how to solve it?

Advanced Warfare: Cannot play online

I can't play online with my xbox one with advanced warfare at all tried to connect to online and it kicks me off. My live works with all my other games but doesn't work for call of duty advanced warfare this is real frustrating.

 

Cannot play online in Advanced Warfare on my Xbox 360

I haven't been able to play online at all on Advanced Warfare on my Xbox 360. I can play the story mode fine. I play online frequently on my roommates Xbox. When I enter Advanced Warfare it signs me offline. When I click on Xbox live (in Advanced Warfare)
it tells me I need to sign in. When I sign in it says either my connection has been lost or that I cannot connect. I'm on a college campus so I can't disconnect my router or anything, but when I go home I have the same problem. I have tried just about everything.

I have the same problem had the same with Ghosts as well but no other games. i tried port forwarding but still had the issue. i currently use wireless but when i play cod i have to hardwire it thats the only way i can play online, with out getting the active
network message, its stange as i also have an open NAT type but as soon as i play cod it goes to strict unless i hardwire it. i know this doesnt resolve the issue but its a work around, another note is i am using a virgin super hub 2 (i belive this may also
be causing some issues when wireless), If you find out a perminant fix wirelessly please le t me know

 

I am also using the Superhub 2. I'll try to find a wireless fix because I keep my Xbox in my room and not near the gateway so using an Ethernet cable is not an option for me.

 

Is anyone having the problem on there Xbox one where they can sign into Xbox live but when they try to play advanced warfare online it says " advanced warfare services are not available at this time"? I keep getting this and I want to play online. Can someone
please help me?

 

How come whenever I try to play advanced warfare online multiplayer it tells me the game is unreadable but whenever I try playing local it works perfectly
