Cant play Online NBA2K

Just wondering if anyone gets this.

can anybody help I can’t access multiplayer game modes when it’s says push A to join game nothing happens?

If your gold is ok, contact nba2k helpdesk > https://support.2k.com

If not , you have to subscrive to Xbox live.

I am having this same exact problem. Got a new Modem from Comcast and it still doesnt fix the problem. I got the xbox on day one and ever since the update I'm not able to play Madden, NBA2k, Cod or Forza 5 online. PHONY.
