Can't play online /Multiplayer

Dear Xbox Live enforcement team

I am writing this email to inform you that on Saturday I was playing gta online on Xbox one and the whole time I was making my outfits and not killing anyone then I was playing a mission where you have to kill and that and I couldn't even text back to players
as I have been banned from texting till 11th of august so how did I violate or abuse someone when all I was doing is making my outfits the whole time and I didn't bother anyone in the community. Can you please do something about it because I haven't abused
or harrassed or violated anyone because all I was doing was playing gta online nicely. I don't want to show my gamer tag in public and now I have to wait till 13th August to play online

Can't play Multiplayer Online

Had this issue before Support suggested doing a hard reset a few times before the xbox registered and recognized I had a valid live membership.

To do a hard reset press and hold down the power button on the console for 10 seconds, then power back on again. Doing this a few times should help fix this issue. Cheers!

Can't play Multiplayer Online

Recently just purchased Titanfall preparing for the second one, but can't login to Titanfall saying I need an Xbox live gold account which I recently just purchase so can't play the game at all any ideas or help...?

Bans and suspensions may take time to be allocated so it could be for something you had done earlier.
