Can't play Online/Multiplayer but Gold Pass is active.

I purchased the Gold Pass for a month to play games online/multiplayer. It did let me play online games but ONLY FOR A WEEK. The next week it did not let me play online games but I still have Gold Pass active. Is there a way to fix this? And PLEASE, don't
say "yOu hAvE tO sIgN oUt, hOld PoWeR bUtTon fOr 10 seconds, TeSt yOur CoNneCtIon, aNd lOg iN" because I already tried that and it'll never work. Even the xbox support will say the same thing.

Do you have an active Gold subscription? Gold or Game Pass Ultimate is required to play online multiplayer games unless they are Free to Play games.

Hey there, does the subscription say it is active at https://account.microsoft.com/services/? Also, have you received any enforcement actions against your account? You
can check at the Enforcement Website. If it they are both good, and the issue is still there I'd recommend trying to use your account on another console/device to see if the issue is
account based or a hardware issue.

When you sign into your account at account.microsoft.com/services does it show as being active there?

2. Yes but then it closes by itself because I already have a Gold Pass active.

3. It gives a error message that I can't play online because I need Gold Pass even though it's already Active on my acc.

Is there any sort of error message that you get when you try and go online?

Does it take you to a page that says you need to purchase gold?

What exactly is happening when you try and play an online game?

Is this happening with all of your games or just certain ones?
