Cant play online in nba 2k17!!

Hello guys!!

Whenever i try to play online in nba 2k17 i get a "This feature is unavailable. You don't have the required account privileges" error. I have contacted 2k, i have been doing everything they said but they could not solve the problem and as usual in the end
they blamed my Xbox account and security settings. Does anyone have any idea what could be the problem?

NBA 2017 - Data out of sync

I just bought NBA 2k17 and when I try to play online with friends I get the error message "data out of sync". Any idea how I fix this so I can play online?

Also i checked the enforcement site and it says i have a perfect record so it is not a communication ban

Was there a solution to this. We are having the same issues. Have just bought gold live to play online nba 2k17 and are getting the same message.

I have had the same exact problem, my guess is that Watch Dogs 2 uses a file that NBA 2k17 also uses and XCC detects it as NBA 2k17.

Thanks for updating us with your replies. Regarding the game servers for NBA 2K17,

2K announced back in December of 2018 that it would be discontinuing the servers for the game, which ended the online player ranked games; however, you
can still play offline quick games, as well as the

MyGM and MyCAREER modes offline.

As this is the case, then this would explain why you're no longer able to access the game in an online capacity. For further information, I would recommend visiting the

2K Support website for NBA 2K17 or
reaching out to 2K Support directly by submitting a request.
