Can't play online, help?

hey there! You do not need season pass in order to play online.

Try a Power Cycle

If this does not work. Try removing your profile from your console ( don't worry, your gamesaves will be fine)

Reboot.

Add your profile again. And try playing online.

It might also be something related to Dead Rising 4. Have you tried other multiplayer games?

I would say this is a Forza problem not an Xbox one try contacting their customer support.

Hello, We're from philippines and we don't use vpn to play forza. However, My friend use to play forza with strict and teredo nat type but it euns smooth he can join me and my friends but thic couple of days after logging in my account on his pc, he cant
play anymore same as me.

This isnt really a microsoft issue - its a Forza issue.

This has also been a problem since early days of forza 5.

Ensure that you friends microsoft profile has the correct region set for their game console. I.e if you live in america, set it to america. Some people change their console regions to skip release periods etc - but this only leads to issues down the track.

Also make sure that any VPN they are using isnt conflicting with the region setup - for example being regioned as america but connecting through a spanish IP.

What's his nat type?
