Cant play online! getting info saying my internet is bad when its not.

HI ive been having trubles the past days with my xbox that i cant play online in any games i try and it keeps on conplaining on my internet. And ive tried resetting the router and changeing network settings but still no luck. ive tried going online in. halo
5, destiny, forza horizon 3 and many more and i cant. and all the errors i get points at restarting your router and your fine but ive done that and other solutions and still it does not work.

Servers Are Crap After The Update...

Well this is very annoying i cant even play online anymore because of lag and getting disconnected every 20 minutes

I cant find any games to join i cant join my friends

The Youtube's video quality is just horrible it switches from 480p to 240p

I cant switch game without getting disconnected and having to test my connection and i get a yellow ! on Xboxlive

so its not my internet its the damn servers is anyone else getting this problem?

i just made my account and went to play online last night its saying this user is not allowed on Xbox live & then i trued putting my card info in and its not accepting it i know all my info is correct

 

Try performing a hard reset exactly like this and see if it helps.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test
the results.

solved it myself i think since it started working after i had resetted the router again and hard resetted the console
