Can't play online games

    Can't play online games


    I purchased the xbox ultimate gamepass, yet when i try to play any game online. I'm greeted by "you do not have the correct privileges to play online".

    I have updated windows, rebooted everything but still no luck. read all through the forums and nothing has worked. Very frustrating.

    Double check enforcement.xbox.com to be sure you do not have further enforcement on your account. You can file a case review from there if eligible.
    already did just says i have a communications ban until the 19th and i did a case review and they upheld their decision

    Double check enforcement.xbox.com to be sure you do not have further enforcement on your account. You can file a case review from there if eligible.
