    I am 21 years old. My account at the family settings says I am an adult, but I can't change my online xbox privacy settings so that I can play with other people. And it pisses me off. Because I just bought a new game for 50 dollars, but I can't play it because
    of my xbox live privacy settings. when I try to change it, it says "unexpected error, please try again later.

    please microsoft i beg you, fix this! or make it possible to change the account I'm using on the game. PS: the other article that says the same was from the wrong account.

    Double check enforcement.xbox.com to be sure you do not have further enforcement on your account. You can file a case review from there if eligible.

    already did just says i have a communications ban until the 19th and i did a case review and they upheld their decision
