    Can’t play online games but is online


    Hello,

    When i try to play my games on xbox it said that i can’t connect to the online games, including, nba 2k23, minecraft, and madden 23. when i try to play online it says something about my xbox settings being messed up. but when i check they are all good and they are not the problem.

    what is something that i could do to fix this?

    You may have too upgrade too game pass ultimate in order too play certain games you have downloaded online.

    Hi, based on the screenshot you provided. It seems the profile you want to use to play online games doesn't have a valid Game Pass Core or Ultimate (includes Core) subscription active.
