Can't play online games but don't have a ban or can't see any visible suspension?!

so I got a communications ban the other day, I think it was Monday because 2 guys were being twats on r6s. So I message them and they get me banned which is **** stupid cuz it's their fault. But the reason I made this is cuz I'm trying to play games on my
main and second account but it says "choose something else to do" as if I've got a ban for harassment or somethin else. It say she underneath "Because of your past behaviour you are unable you are unable to play multiplayer games online" but there is no visible
ban and I've had no message through saying I have a second suspension. Anybody want to tell me why or is microsoft just being **** again and not fixing their **** console

Can't See Online Friends

Hey all,

I've been having this issue for a few months now. I've tried to get Xbox Support to help with no success. Basically I can't see any of my friends when they are online. Not on my Xbox OR on my account in the "Friends" section. My account is set to visible
and non of my friends are set to "Do Not Disturb" or "Appear Offline." I can't invite anyone to an active game (because I can't see them online, nor will my Xbox let me even though they are online), but friends can invite me (friends can see that I am online).

I don't think this an issue with they way my Xbox is set up because I can't see friends are online both on Xbox or on xbox.com in the "Friends" section.

Any thoughts? Thanks for the help!

Can't message

so my xbox ban ended two days ago and I still can't message people or be in a party but I can play online so I don't really know what to do any ideas?

Enforcement.xbox.com which should show your suspension end date as well as the option to submit a case review if you're eligible.

youre missing the point. There's nothing on there that says I can't play online games, only communicate. Your system makes no sense

Past Enforcement Actions will be visible on your account for 12 months I believe. Why you can't play now that your suspension is up I don't know. Best to email XBLPET and ask.

Well someone did,they don't just ban consoles for fun.

If it's a permanent ban then that's it,you wont get it unbanned & can't appeal the ban.

If it's a console privilege suspension then you will have to wait until the suspension is over.

If other people have their accounts on your console then you may want to check to see what they have been up to.

Any game that directly accesses your Live account would of course leave your account open to a ban.

Although unlike a console, your PC can't be banned, but anything you purchased legitimately from the Microsoft store would be void, games and apps.

While still illegal, Microsoft has no jurisdiction over software that it doesn't publish or provide on its service, worth it? Hardly. Instead of a Microsoft ban, you'll get a ban from the publisher instead.

Even if you avoid bans/ suspensions you'll be left with a incomplete broken game that you can't update or play online.

Support publishers and developers, don't pirate games.
